These stories are just a few of many, many stories that we witness on a daily basis here on the M/V Africa Mercy. We share them here to testify to the power of God working in our lives and those around us. These are stories that we have personally witnessed and/or those written by our crewmates. They are real life experiences of ours, our crewmates and the people that we serve. We hope they will speak to you of the power of God and His love and mercy for all people. Beekeeping Graduation Day - October 5, 2007 - This is a photo story of a day that I (Denise) spent in a village called Bernard's Farm. This photo story describes a day in the field for me! It was a very special day as it was the Beekeeping Graduation Day for the ladies at Bernard's Farm. They had attended a class all day long for 4 days and this was their final and fifth day of class. Graduation was held after our lunch together. It was a full day and a very good day for me! And life changing for them as they would begin to use their new skills for an additional income source for their family!
